Alora Commission TOS:
Last Updated: 3/29/2025Please note: I am still learning anatomy and rendering, so the final product may not meet your expectations or industry standards. All drawings are done traditionally before being moved to a drawing software.

1. GENERAL TERMS:─ .✦ I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.─ .✦ I will not create artwork that includes hateful or offensive content. NSFW commissions are TBD.─ .✦ I will only draw humans and humanoids; I do not accept characters from shows/anime, furry, or mecha commissions.─ .✦ All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial usage requires additional fees. ($10)─ .✦ Credit must be given when posting or using the artwork online.
─ .✦ My art style is final; I will not replicate another artist’s style.

2. PAYMENT:─ .✦ All prices are in USD and must be paid via PayPal or Apple Pay.─ .✦ I will send a sketch before getting payment. Work will only continue after payment is made.─ .✦ Traditional drawings are 'Surprise Me' only. Payment must be made upfront.─ .✦ Prices may vary depending on complexity.─ .✦ A rush fee of $15 will be applied if you need the commission completed sooner than the estimated turnaround time.─ .✦ No refunds will be given once I start rendering. If you cancel after the sketch phase but before rendering, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. Refunds are only applicable if I am unable to complete the commission.

3. PROCESS & DELIVERY:─ .✦ Turnaround time varies depending on the type of commission:─ .✦ Digital Art: 10-20 days─ .✦ Traditional Art: 4-8 days (or within 48 hours if rendering is simple)─ .✦ Character Design: Takes the longest due to brainstorming, reference sheets, coloring, and rendering.─ .✦ I will provide WIPs (work-in-progress images) upon request, except for 'Surprise Me' commissions.─ .✦ The final artwork will be delivered through Google Docs.─ .✦ Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase for free. Major changes after approval may incur extra fees.

4. USAGE & COPYRIGHT:─ .✦ I, the artist, retain full rights to the artwork.─ .✦ You may not use the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or commercial resale without explicit permission.─ .✦ You may use the artwork for icons, banners, and personal prints as long as we have discussed permission.─ .✦ I may post the commissioned piece on my social media or portfolio unless otherwise requested.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
─ .✦ 'Surprise Me' commissions will not be shown until finished, and refunds are not allowed.─ .✦ If I have not started your commission, you may request a full refund.─ .✦ If I cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.─ .✦ Character design commissions are only eligible for a refund during the brainstorming phase. Once you approve the design, refunds are not allowed. If I am unable to finish the commission, only a half refund will be issued.─ .✦ Chargebacks or unauthorized refunds will result in a ban from future commissions.
